Terms of Service

Last updated · April 21, 2026

1. Acceptance

These Terms govern your access to and use of the RiskVoid website, the agent-analysis platform, and any related services (together, the “Services”). By accessing the Services, submitting a request through the analyze form, or executing a written agreement with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to do so.

2. The Services

RiskVoid performs source-static threat modeling and vulnerability analysis on AI agent code. The platform is currently in private beta. Access is gated: we review each request manually before enabling an engagement.

3. Your account

Some parts of the Services require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at hello@riskvoid.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of any source code, configuration, or written material you submit to us (“Your Content”). You grant RiskVoid a limited, non-exclusive license to access, copy, and process Your Content solely to provide the Services and to produce the analysis you request. We do not retain cloned source after an analysis is complete beyond what is needed to reproduce the report.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Submit code, systems, or infrastructure that you do not own or are not authorized to have analyzed.
  • Use the Services to attempt to identify vulnerabilities in RiskVoid itself without prior written consent.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source of the platform.
  • Use the Services to facilitate unlawful activity or to harm any party.
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or place unreasonable load on the Services.

6. Security research

If you believe you have found a security issue in RiskVoid, please report it to hello@riskvoid.com before disclosing it publicly. We will respond in good faith and will not pursue legal action against researchers who act in good faith and follow coordinated disclosure.

7. Our intellectual property

The RiskVoid platform, including its code, models, detectors, reports, and content, is owned by RiskVoid and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you no license to our IP beyond what is required to use the Services. You may reference aggregate findings produced for your organization in your own internal documentation; you may not redistribute detectors, payload libraries, or other materials that are part of the platform.

8. Fees

During private beta the Services are provided without charge unless we agree otherwise in writing. When we introduce paid plans, pricing and payment terms will be governed by the order form or online checkout you accept at that time.

9. Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other’s non-public information with at least the same care it uses for its own confidential information, and in no event less than reasonable care. We will not share the specific findings produced for you with any third party, other than our subprocessors, without your written consent.

10. Warranties and disclaimers

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. RiskVoid does not warrant that the analysis will identify every vulnerability, or that the Services will be uninterrupted, error free, or free of harmful components. Nothing in the Services constitutes legal, compliance, or audit advice.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, revenue, or data. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from or relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) the fees you paid to RiskVoid in the 12 months preceding the claim or (b) USD 100.

12. Indemnification

You will defend, indemnify, and hold RiskVoid harmless from any third-party claim arising from Your Content, your use of the Services in breach of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.

13. Termination

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time with written notice. We may suspend access immediately if we reasonably believe you are in material breach of Section 5. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware for any dispute arising from these Terms.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Services after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
